Perishable Item Policy
Due to the living, perishable nature of plant saplings and organic produce, we offer refunds or replacements exclusively for items that arrive damaged or spoiled. To claim a refund, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your package.
How to Claim a Refund
Please send an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and photo/video evidence of the damaged product. Our support team will review the claim promptly to approve a replacement crop or issue a refund.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or credit account within 5 to 7 business days.
